Rush is a 5X founder and corporate executive that has served in CEO, COO, and Chief Product Officer roles from founding to $150M in revenue. He the Associate Director of Corporate Education at Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign and Executive in Residence at the University of Texas Innovation Center. He has previously taught 5,000+ corporate innovators and has served as an innovation strategy consultant across North America, Europe, and Asia. His clients have included Abbott, BD, Dexcom, Johnson and Johnson, Zimmer Biomet, and many more.

Topher is the CEO and cofounder of Watershed Therapeutics in addition to a practicing Trauma and Acute Care Surgeon. He completed the Stanford Biodesign Innovation Fellowship in 2018 and adapted the program for corporate use. He then established corporate innovation teams that continue to thrive without external support.
